Dr Michael Cai, BDSc (Hons) WA MRACDS (GDP) is a well known Sydney dentist who combines an extraordinary eye for aesthetic perfection with a devotion to compassionate, gentle dental care. Dr Michael Cai graduated with Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia, Perth, and was awarded with Honours for his outstanding academic and clinical achievements. He also had extensive experience working as a dental technician. He received numerous prizes and the prestigious ADRF and Delta Sigma Delta research scholarships for his researches. He also completed the Master Clinician program in Implant Dentistry Program from the University of California in Los Angeles and the GIDE institute.

Julie Parker has been in the dental practice industry for over 36 years. At the age of 33,
Julie became the first non-dentist to own a practice in Australia.
For the past 10 years, Julie has been working directly with dental practices, helping them
identify and move through the journey of improvement.
Julie has a wonderful way of working with team members. She guides and inspires team members to achieve personal and team growth, deliver a best patient experience
possible and implement systems for business success.
Due to Julie’s decade of owning her own successful dental practice and another decade working with dental practice clients, she has honed the skill of identifying what a dental practice needs to be more successful.
The past few years has seen Julie collaborate with fellow Dental Practice Consultant, Ameena Basile of Dental Management Expertise. Together, they founded Dental
Business Mastery whose sole focus is providing training and in-person and online
learning opportunities for dental teams.
Ameena Basile
Ameena Basile is the founder of Dental Management Expertise. A Practice Management specialist in the dental industry, Ameena has been working in dental practices for 29 years, initially as a dental nurse and receptionist and for the last 23 years in Practice Management.
Her enthusiasm for Practice Management was driven by observing the poor business acumen of her father who was a very successful medical GP who died at 57 years old with little to show financially after 35 odd years of running a very busy private practice.
Ameena has spent the most part of her career mentoring & coaching practices to reach their full business potential.
She has a passion for helping dentists manage the production capacity verses the ever increasing expenditure in a dental practice and all the things that happen in between to gain a successful outcome doing what you love with a happy, supportive, motivated team.
